We know that unlimited graphic design sounds too good to be true. Here are some frequently asked questions that we get. If you have more, book a demo and we’ll walk you through how everything works.

DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE TRIAL?
No we don’t. If you’re looking to try-out working with us, you’re best bet is to sign up on one of our monthly rolling plans. These plans require just 7 days notice to cancel.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes we do. If you sign up on one of our longer term agreements, you can reduce our pricing further by 20%. Here are some examples:
If you sign up to our Design Boost plan on a 6 month rolling contract, you’ll get 20% off your first month + you’ll also get an ongoing monthly discount of 10%.
This would save you £629.30 in your first 6 months of working with us.
If you signed up to our PRO plan on an annual pre-paid subscription, you would get a flat 20% per month, saving you £2,637.60 per year.

CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?
We only offer payment via invoice on annual pre-paid subscription plans. All other plans require an automatic payment source on file ie: credit card, debit card or (UK) direct debit.
HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS & CONTRACTS WORK
All of our contracts auto-renew at the end of their term. This is so that we can provide a consistent, uninterrupted delivery experience for our customers and so that we can accurately plan design resource across our large customer base.
Here’s how our short and long term contracts work:
Short term example:
If you’ve signed up on a 1 month rolling contract, your contract will auto-renew at the end of that month for another 1 month. This will continue until cancelled. With our 1 month rolling contracts, we require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel before your term ends.
Longer term example:
If you’re on a 3 month rolling contract, your contract will auto-renew at the end of the 3 month term for another 3 months. This will continue until cancelled. With our longer term rolling contracts, we require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel before your term ends.
This works in the same way with our 6 month, 12 month and annual pre-paid contracts.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET-UP?
Once you’ve completed sign-up, you’ll receive your account log-in details and you’ll be able to start submitting design requests on your personal design board. It typically it takes around 48hrs for us to get you set up with your designer and to get them working on your requests.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS, CAN I USE ONE ACCOUNT?
Yes you can. All of our subscription plans come with unlimited brands. This means that you can use one subscription to submit design work for multiple businesses that you may own.
Just keep in mind that your designer will only work on one active request at a time from your queue. If you have multiple brands that need work delivered at the same time, you may need to work with more than one designer.
CAN I WORK WITH DESIGNERS ON DIFFERENT PLANS?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to mix and match plans and have different designers creating different types of work. Book a demo and we’ll help you build a custom plan.
CAN I WORK WITH MULTIPLE DESIGNERS?
Yes – We have lots of customers who work with more than one designer. Each designer that you work with gives you an additional active request being worked on from your queue.
